How does the free trial work?
Every new network gets 14 days to set up partners, publishers and walls. Choose a plan from the Billing page in your console whenever you are ready.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You approve the subscription on PayPal and can cancel it from the Billing page.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No. We never hold your money. Partner networks pay you, you pay your publishers, and we charge a flat subscription.
What counts as a click or a conversion?
A click is an offer click through your /c link. A conversion is each new conversion recorded from a partner or manual postback; duplicates are not counted. Your Billing page shows this month's usage against your plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
New activity stops until you upgrade or the month resets. Once your network reaches its monthly click or conversion limit, your walls show no offers and new clicks are paused; conversions on clicks that already happened are still recorded, so publishers keep what they earned. New publishers, custom domains and assistant requests also stop at their limits. Your Billing page shows usage so you can upgrade before you get there.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Pick a different plan on the Billing page. A plan's limits apply once its PayPal subscription is active.
Do I need a plan per network?
Yes. Each network you launch has its own subscription, database and limits.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Plans are month to month.
